Reserve Online / Submit Tour Reservation Form by Email or Fax
Once you have your mind set on a given tour, you should read every piece of information such as daily itinerary,
departure dates, prices, inclusions, exclusions, booking terms and conditions thoroughly and carefully.

To reserve a particular departure date, simply click on the reserve button next to it and follow the screens. You’ll have
a chance to read "Terms and Conditions" before submitting your reservation online. You may also fill out a separate
Tour Reservation Form in pdf format. Send it to info@magvacations.com or fax it to 1-312-893-5588*.
*Note: Neither an Onli ne Reservation or a Tour Reservation Form commits you to take this tour nor any expense until
we receive your tour deposit.
Confirm Availability
As soon as we receive your reservation, one of our experienced travel consultants will get in touch with you within 1
working day. We confirm seat availabilities, answer your destination questions and go through some optional items
you may have chosen such as upgrades on air tickets or hotels, additional travel insurance, pre-trips or extensions,
etc.
Pay Tour Deposit
Unless otherwise stated, the follow group tour deposit is due within 10 business days or your reservation will be
released:
- - Tours departing 61 days from reservation date: $300 per person
- - Tours departing within 60 days from reservation date: Full payment is due
We take checks, cash, money orders, wire transfers and major credit cards (Visa, Master, American Express,
Discover).
Confirm Tour Reservation
Your reservation is confirmed and becomes a tour contract. Any changes to it is subject to availability, handling charge
or cancellation fees. For detailed changing and cancellation policy, please refer to “Terms and Conditions”.
Pay Off Final Balance
Your tour balance is due 60 days prior to departure (unless your choice of tour departs in less than 60 days from
reservation date in which full payment is required immediately). In the event that we do not receive your full payment
in time, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation and charge cancellation fees accordingly. For detailed cancel
lation policy, please refer to “Terms and Conditions”.
Receive Travel Documents
Work closely with your travel agents or our tour consultants on flight schedules, visas or any other special requests
that you may have. 10 days prior to departure, receive a Final Travel documents in which your tour details can be
found: day by day itinerary, trans-pacific air routings, hotels, tour guides, local weather, emermgency contacts, etc.
Please be aware that intra-city transportation such as air tickets and train tickets will be given to you on the spot.
